How to make it:

Porridge is an oatmeal and consists mainly of rolled oats. These are cooked with your favorite liquid such as milk, water or almond milk and stirred. Oatmeal is rightly considered a superfood because it contains complex carbohydrates, plant-based proteins and numerous minerals as well as omega-3 fatty acids.

For this reason, porridge is an essential part of any healthy breakfast. We also think that oatmeal is completely underrated. That's why we're going to show you how to make a basic porridge recipe quickly and easily. Here are the individual steps for you:

The preparation

1. put the oats in a pan with a pinch of salt, 250 ml of water or plant-based milk and a sweetener of your choice (honey, nut butter or agarve syrup) and bring to the boil briefly (don't forget to stir well).

2. remove your porridge from the heat, add your favorite SOOPERFOOD mix and leave to stand for about 3-5 minutes.

3. pour into a bowl, garnish with fresh fruit, nuts and toppings (just be creative) and enjoy!
