How to make them:

These simple, convenient balls are small but powerful and packed with nutrients to give you energy for your daily challenge. Pack them up, enjoy them when you need an energy boost, or simply enjoy them between meals or after dinner when you're craving something sweet! They are easy to make, you only need a few ingredients, a blender and about 5 minutes of your time. Here are the individual steps for you:

The preparation

1. first select and combine some of the following ingredients in a bowl: Nut kernels: pecans, walnuts, cashews, almonds, peanuts. Seeds: Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds. Others: shredded coconut, slivered almonds, quinoa or oat flakes, cocoa nibs.

2. select and combine some of the following ingredients and briefly place the pitted dates in hot water - you can add some of the delicious water to the mixture later: Dried fruit: dates, cranberries, sour cherries, pineapple, mango, raisins. Nut butter: cashew, almond or peanut butter. Sweetener: maple syrup, date syrup, agave syrup, Chunky2 flavor. Choose and combine some of the following ingredients and briefly place the pitted dates in hot water - you can add some of the delicious water to the mixture later: Dried fruit: dates, cranberries, sour cherries, pineapple, mango, raisins. Nut butter: cashew, almond or peanut butter. Sweetener: maple syrup, date syrup and agave syrup.

3. add 3 - 4 portions of your favorite SOOPERFOOD blend. If you like, refine your recipe with frozen fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg and Himalayan salt. Be creative!

4. put all the ingredients with 1/4 cup of the date water into a powerful blender until everything is well incorporated and a nice, sticky mixture has formed. Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon and form into balls. Roll in coconut flakes, your favorite SOOPERFOOD mix or ground almonds and enjoy!
