For breakfast, instead of jam rolls, there's now a fruity acai bowl, the name of this trendy delicacy. This nutrient-rich, spoonable smoothie tastes incredibly delicious, keeps you full for a long time, and provides energy.

Acai berries owe their beautiful, dark color to anthocyanins, which act as antioxidants to protect our body cells from free radicals. We made our bowl with the Beauty Boost, which contains acai berries, maqui, acerola, maca, aronia, and chia. A full load of antioxidants and vitamins for your Sooper breakfast!

Acai Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

1 serving / 15 minutes

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mixed wild berries

1 cup almond milk

2 tsp Sooperfood Beauty Boost Mix

1 tsp Sooperfood Plant Collagen

Topping: poppy seeds, chia, mulberries, cereals, strawberries or goji berries.

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a professional blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. If you like it sweeter, you can add maple syrup or agave nectar.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish your bowl as desired.
  3. Enjoy!
