Gently sweet, with a hint of vanilla, and pleasantly mild. A real little break in a glass. Many people prepare it especially when they feel like they could use more balance during stressful times or when experiencing mood swings.
Brain & Balance Latte Recipe
Ingredients:
1 serving / 15 minutes
2 tsp Clarity Blend
1 tsp Balance Boost
150 ml oat or almond milk
1 teaspoon agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or ⅓ vanilla pod
preparation
1, Briefly heat the milk with the syrup and vanilla in a small saucepan.
2. Use a milk frother to whip the milk until it is nice and frothy.
3. Stir in the two mixtures (Clarity Blend and Balance Boost) with a whisk.
4. Enjoy cold or warm in a mug.
