These French toasts bring back memories of childhood, as they were a real highlight and a must-have for a good breakfast. A simple and delicious dessert that actually requires eggs and milk. But we're going to replace the eggs with Muscle Build Protein Mix, some ground flaxseed (for texture and flavor), and chickpea flour.

With this recipe, you can prepare French toast quickly and easily, providing a wonderful vegan source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed on top. Muscle Build Protein Mix contains all essential amino acids and provides plant-based protein and energy. The mix is ​​easily digestible, sugar-free, low in carbohydrates, and contains valuable nutrients. Lucuma, banana, maca, and vanilla also provide a great flavor and texture. But that's not all. These French toasts get a very special upgrade: we not only give them a beautiful golden color with Golden Love, but also add a powerful mix of Ayurvedic herbs and botanicals. Turmeric and cinnamon give our toast a wonderful aroma.

Vegan French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

For one serving / 15 minutes

2 slices of bread

250 ml plant milk

1 tbsp Sooperfood Muscle Buid Protein Mix

1 tbsp chickpea flour

1-2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 pinch of cinnamon

1-2 tsp Golden Love Mix

Toppings: syrup, fruit, nut butter, nuts

Preparation:

  1. Mix the chickpea flour, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, Sooperfood mixes, and plant milk well in a bowl.
  2. After 5-10 minutes you can soak the bread slices in it.
  3. Preheat a pan to medium to high heat.
  4. Now fry the slices of toast in it until golden brown on both sides. Then remove them from the pan, stack them on a plate, and garnish them with your toppings. Done!
