RASPBERRY SUPERFOOD SORBET

In tropical temperatures, a nice ice cream or sorbet still tastes best – and you can easily make it yourself. Here's a recipe for a raspberry superfood sorbet with just a few ingredients, but packed with vitamins and antioxidants that you're guaranteed to love. You can prepare the ice cream in popsicle molds or a freezer-safe container.

Raspberry Superfood Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

For one or two servings / 10 minutes

250 g frozen raspberries

50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice

4-6 tbsp agave syrup

2 tsp Sooperfood Beauty Boost Mix

Topping: poppy seeds, mulberries, almond slivers or goji berries

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a professional blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. If you like, add a few goji berries that have been soaked in water.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or a freezer-safe container and then place it in the freezer for a few hours.
  3. Either make into ice lollies or fill into bowls to serve and garnish with mint, poppy seeds or goji berries as desired.
