When the days slowly get shorter, the sun doesn't shine quite as hotly, and you start dressing warmer for the cooler evenings, then autumn is slowly knocking on your door. Our warm turmeric pumpkin latte recipe is just what you need!
Recipe Turmeric Latte & Pumpkin Recipe
Ingredients:
For one bowl / 10 minutes
"150 ml almond milk
½ cup pumpkin (pureed)
1 pinch of pepper
1 tbsp agave syrup/maple syrup
1 tsp Sooperfood Ginger Shot
1 tsp Sooperfood Golden Love
Preparation:
- Puree the pumpkin and place it in a saucepan with your plant-based milk. Stir with a whisk over medium heat.
- Now add the remaining ingredients to the pot, bring to the desired temperature, and whisk. But don't let it boil!
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, whip with a frother if necessary, and top with ground pepper and parsley.
- Enjoy!
