Mango Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 serving / 5 minutes

1 handful of frozen mango pieces

⅓ cup natural yogurt

¼ cup water

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Sooperfood Muscle Build

1 pinch of Sooperfood ginger shot (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients well in a high-performance blender until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
