MATCHA COCONUT CHIA ICE CREAM

Easy to make and perfect for hot days. Plus, this recipe is dairy-free and vegan, so everyone can enjoy this delicious ice cream treat! Popsicle molds are required for this recipe.

Matcha Coconut Chia Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

For 4 people / 10 minutes without cooling time

400 ml coconut milk

1-2 tsp Sooperfood Matcha Power

2-3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp agave syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract or ½ vanilla pod

3-4 mint leaves, chopped

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix with a whisk or a mixer on low speed.
  2. Now place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken. In the meantime, you can prepare popsicle molds or a freezer-safe container.
  3. Now pour the mixture into your ice cream molds and place them in the freezer for a few hours, preferably overnight.
  4. To defrost, simply place it on the kitchen countertop. Enjoy!
