This creamy, iced raspberry matcha latte is the perfect way to treat yourself to something very healthy. Fragrant matcha powder is blended with melted cocoa butter wafers to create the most luxurious matcha latte. Fresh strawberries are blended with milk and honey to add sweet, fruity flavors. Topped with vegan whipped cream, you're ready for the day and everything that comes your way!
Recipe Matcha Latte with Raspberries
Ingredients:
1 serving / 25 minutes
¼ cup fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 cup milk (divided)
1 tsp Sooperfood Matcha Power
¼ cup water
1-2 tsp almond butter
Preparation:
- Puree a handful of raspberries and mix with a little maple syrup and 50 ml almond milk. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Melt the almond butter in a small saucepan over medium heat on the stovetop and add a little water. Remove from heat and add our Sooperfood Matcha Power. Whisk or use a milk frother to stir for about 1 minute until smooth.
- Prepare a glass and fill it three-quarters full with ice cubes, then add our mixes. Pour in the strawberry milk first, then the matcha almond latte—and enjoy!
