This fruity, tangy smoothie bowl is a perfect combination of sour and sweet, blending a delicious mix of rich magic mushroom cacao powder and tart forest fruits. The mix contains chaga, reishi, maca, and ashwagandha.
Recipe for Chocolate Forest Fruits Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
For 1 person / 10 minutes (without cooling time)
"150 g frozen forest fruits
1 frozen banana
1-2 dates (pitted)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp Sooperfood Magic Mushroom Mix
1-2 tbsp Sooperfood Magic Cacao
1 tsp Beauty Boost Mix"
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a professional blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. If desired, add a little more almond milk or water.
- Pour the mixture into a new bowl and top it with fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, or some cocoa powder.
- Enjoy!"
